Someone Once Said

A teacher once said to me… “you’re too all over the place and need to learn how to focus.”

But it’s being all over the place that has allowed me to find my purpose, and it’s not being focused that has allowed me to push the boundaries of my creativity and do things I never thought I could (or would).

An editor once said to me… “a manuscript must be 65,000 words to count as a book.”

But I’ve written and published a dozen+ books, many of which are less than 20k words. Three of those under 20k-word books have hit #1 in my category on Amazon and sold thousands of copies.

A coach once said to me… “you’re not going to grow a following on TikTok.”

But in the past 24 hours alone, I’ve had 3,500 NEW followers join me on TikTok.

There are limiting beliefs and people who believe them. But those beliefs and those people have no control over you or what you create in your life.

Unless, of course, you let them.

You always get to decide what’s true for you, and the best part is, nothing anyone says can change what you decide!

In our Universe, there is no assertion. That means no one can manifest or create things for you, no matter what they think, believe or say about you.

The only way they can do that is if you choose to take their thoughts, beliefs and sayings on for yourself.

I could’ve listened to that teacher and just picked a boring job where I do one thing day in and day out. I could’ve listened to that editor and not written or published any of my books. I could’ve listened to that coach and not started my TikTok channel (that is growing by the minute!).

I could have, but I didn’t.

And you don’t have to either.

Dream life or bust,
