3 Ways to Stretch It Out After A Long Writing Session

When it comes to being a writer, there’s one thing you can’t get away from: sitting. Sure, you can stand and write for a while, but most likely you’ll end up sitting back down eventually.

Problem is, sitting for long periods of time can wreck havoc on your body, making it ache and making it hard for you to sustain a writing session.

You can combat some of the pain by learning some stretches for people who sit a lot.
