This week we’re playing our first manifesting game in my MANIFEST Experiment workshop. And already things are manifesting!
So I thought I would share one of the parts of this game with you, just in case you want to give it a try too.
I call this exercise, The Crazy List.
What you do is make a list of 10 crazy-awesome, crazy-amazing, or crazy-mind-blowing things you’d LOVE to manifest today. It can literally be ANYTHING!
Here are some examples from the list I wrote the other day:
- Someone famous raves about my manifesting book(s) publicly on social media
- I win the HGTV Dream Home 2024
- Tyler Perry wants to produce one of my stories into a movie and reaches out to me to make it happen
- My editor sends me her feedback on my new novel today (instead of at the end of the month when it’s due)
- I download an idea for a brilliant screenplay I can write fast and easily
The point isn’t to manifest the things on the list (though it’s really fun when that happens as a side effect!). The point is to give yourself the freedom and permission to EXPAND on what you believe is possible for you.
By making a list of 10 crazy things that may seem unlikely but are also things you’d love to have happen, you’re sending a message to the Universe that says you’re ready for more, and you’re willing to dream bigger than maybe you have been up ’til now.
Do this exercise every day for a week, or a month, or a year… and see what happens.
Don’t get too caught up in whether or not the things you’ve written down have manifested or not. Because, again, that’s not the point.
Just make your list, then surrender, and let it go.
When something manifests, yay!! Celebrate that shit! When something doesn’t, don’t make it mean anything.
AND keep on making your list no matter what.
P.S. You can learn more about how to practice intentional manifesting in my bestselling book, F*ck the How.
